| Veterans Serving Veterans... and Their Families |
Greetings!
Post 56 and Unit 56 of The American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary has met
in the newly renovated Legion Hut in September and October. It's great to be home
at last.
Many activities are planned for the rest of the membership year, including our
upcoming Centennial Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. We ask
all citizens of Tylertown and Walthall County to line the streets of Beulah Avenue
and salute our county veterans. We will also dedicated the renovated Post at the
conclusion of the parade--complete with a Time Capsule dedication.
We are most appreciative to our benefactors and friends who continue to support
our efforts, for God and Country.
