Veterans Serving Veterans...
and Their Families
Left, senior and junior members of Unit 56 get into Tylertown's Centennial Celebration in 2007, by
sponsoring the Easter Hat Parade for local children at Town Square.  The ladies model their hats at
the Feb. 2007 meeting.  In Oct. 2006, WWII Post members pose with the newly acquired M-1 rifles
for the Post's Color Guard.  Some had not touched one these rifles in more than 60 years.
We will hold our special Centennial
Veterans Parade at 2 p.m. Nov. 10 down
Beulah Avenue.  All veterans are
encouraged to participate.  Bring your
cars, bikes, or whatever and join in the
parade.  We will form at the old Haslett
Building next to May's Restuarant.
